Lynn’s started out as a Change Analyst more than 34 years ago and she has worked on a range of Programmes and projects in many different roles (Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Programme Manager, Project Manager, Consultant, SME). In 1996 Lynn began working more closely with businesses helping them bridge the gap between business and IT to drive their transformation programmes and projects.
Lynn’s approach has always been a holistic one, focusing on people first, then process and finally addressing technology as an enabler. She has a unique combination of specialist skills in Portfolio, Programme, Project and Risk Management, Business and Social Re-engineering and Organisational Change Management and has contributed toward the enhancement of a number of business’ s core competencies.
Lynn has been delivering PRINCE2 training since 2000 and has an excellent track record. In addition to PRINCE2 she is accredited to deliver PRINCE2 Agile, Agile Programme Management (PgM), Agile Project Management, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Implementing Portfolio, Programme & Project Offices (P3O), Change Management.
She is an Accredited Practitioner in Managing Risks (MoR), Managing Benefits, Portfolio Management (MoP), Facilitation and holds the ITIL foundation certificate.
